Engagement framework
Every partnership begins with a fixed-price audit (8 000 €), followed by a quoted monthly retainer. The audit fee is credited to the partnership if both parties proceed. Either party can end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. No equity, no success fees, no automatic renewal beyond the notice window.
Intellectual property
Code, designs, and documents we ship for a partner belong to the partner upon payment. The studio retains the right to reference the work as a case study (anonymised on request). Open-source components keep their original licence.
