We pick the phone up
Production breaks at 2 a.m. sometimes. When it does, the same person who wrote the code answers. Not an outsourced on-call desk. Not a chatbot. Us.
We measure
Every month we publish what we shipped, what we changed, and the metric that moved. If nothing moved, we say so. Quietly raising prices on a flat metric is not how we work.
We say what's hard
If your roadmap won't work, we say it before we sign. If something we shipped is wrong, we say it before you ask. The discomfort of honest conversation is part of what you're paying for.

Tanger sits 14 km from Europe — same time zone as London, an hour from Madrid. Our mornings overlap with Paris and London. Our afternoons catch New York. Our evenings still answer Dubai. The geography does the work.
